Privacy Policy:
The Team at VR Commader is very serious about protecting our customer's privacy. Any
information that you divulge to us is kept in absolute confidence.

We do not collect personally identifiable information in our software or on our web site unless
you choose to give it to us via online registration, an electronic mail message, a phone call, or
by postal mail. When you do choose to give us information, we keep it confidential.


We ask for your email address during the registration process to use the trail version of VR
Commander.  This email address is used to thank the user for trying VR Commander. In
addition, we use the address to send a notice that the trial period is expiring soon.  


We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable
information.

We do not enable "cookies" on our web site. The server of our Internet Service Provider (ISP)
collects information about the date and time in which our web site was accessed and the
Internet address of the web site from which you linked to our site. This information can be
used to analyze web traffic and measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses
of the web sites from which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally
identifiable information are not available to us.

Our web site links to various sites, including some of our resellers, which may use "cookies".
We do not support or  condone the use of "cookies" except by some of our resellers as they
require during the "check-out" phase of purchasing software online.

Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event a user wishes a refund of the purchase price of VR Commander, we
request that the user email the VR Commander Team at support@vrcommander.com to
explain the situation as to why a refund is being requested.  Refunds will be granted on a
case by cases bases for up to 15 days after purchase.  We prefer to have users try the
software in advance using our 15
day free trial option as to reduce the number of returns and
thus our administration costs in processing such returns.  Shipping and handling fees are not
refundable.  CDs must be returned to the address below with the valid serial number visible
on the CD package for refunds.  Users must show proof of removing  the program from their
system.

Headset offers:  Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is returned in unopened
original packaging.  

No Refund is available for the Plantronics DSP-100 free offer.  

Technical Support:
Technical support is available through our website.  We suggest users first check the user
guide then search the FAQs page on this website for answers to their questions.  If the
answer can not be found, users may email support questions 24 hours a day via the on-line
support form on this website or directly via email at support@vrcommander.com.  

The VR Commander support team will do their best to reply within 48 hours if not immediately.

Technical support for promotional headsets should be obtained from the headset
manufacturer.

Software Updates:
Software updates will be provided to existing license holders of VR Commander at no charge.  
When new versions are available, information will be distributed via this website.
